Book Design
Activating Archive of traditional Chinese Clothing.
This project is using data collected by “汉服资料馆”, an archive of traditional Chinese clothing. This is a digital archive collected by ID: @如影随形. All images are collected from WeiBo. This is a platform that includes official accounts of museums and people posting personal images. The artifacts included in this book are all discovered in one of the tombs in Song dynasty and are currently collected by some museum in China.

Mr Sandman
A hand puppet made by artist tape. Finished with oil pastel, pastel, and transparent acrylic paint. The name Mr Sandman is from when I told my friend was sanding this model, and my friend thought his name is Mr Sanding.

Little red pandas will put their hands up when they are provoked or threatened. Because they stand up to make them self looks bigger.

Movements are made through normal frames, and dress movement accomplished by rigging.
It's a fairytale, it's also real life. If you are a cute ball joint doll working at a music box, what will you do after work?
MoMo the clown, this girl in this video is one of my original characters. This scene is how I imagine characters in a music box will be like after work, which refers to when the music box is not playing. It's also playing with the concept of viewing, being viewed, and the exchange between these statuses.
